How do you charge for travel?
I will provide you with a total quote when you inquire. Destination weddings travel include airfare (or mileage), accommodations for 2 nights, and any transportation required to get to and from the venue.
Do you bring a second shooter?
I bring an assistant to every destination wedding with me. However, a second shooter is only included in certain collections. I highly recommend a second for shooter for all weddings especially if you are expecting a guest count of 100 or more.
Will you be staying at our hotel/resort?
Ideally, yes. The closer I am to the couples resort the easier it is for me to get back and forth to the venue. If it is not an option for me to stay at the couples resort, it is best to stay at a hotel within a few miles of the venue.
