Important timeline information

Please read the following information before continuing onto the questionnaire

  • The sunset is the most important element of your timeline. Making sure that there is enough daylight (at least 1.5 hours) after the ceremony ends is key
  • Coverage begins about 4 hours before the start of the ceremony depending on a few individual factors (including if you are choosing to have a first look or not)
  • Please limit your immediate family photos to 12 combinations or less. We typically have 25-30 minutes for these photos and it takes significant time to gather and organize
  • FIRE EXITS/SPARKLER EXITS. Due to insurance policies, our coverage is limited if involving fire (this includes handheld sparklers, cold sparks, fireworks, ect). We are required to remain a minimum of 30 feet from these events, and in return the coverage is very limited. I suggest not extending coverage until final exists due to these limitations.
  • Final exits - If having a final exit is a priority of yours it is important to factor in the following timeline requirements. Photographer coverage ends 30 minutes after the sparkler exit is scheduled. For example, if your sparkler exit is scheduled for 10:00pm, your photographer coverage would be scheduled for 1:30-10:30pm.

Changing your coverage hours; adding on rehearsal dinner; film add on.

*please note that your venue coordinator assigned to you is not your wedding planner. If you do not have a wedding planner please put n/a*

A first look is when the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony begins, and complete their portraits.

This is strongly reccomended

It is recommended that ceremonies start at least 2 hours before the sunset. This allows us enough light for portraits afterwords

All portraits (bride & groom, family) need to be taken before sunset.

Cocktail hour is typically a good time to capture candid guest shots and decor elements; how important are guest photos and portraits during this time for you?

I reccomend the following items for detail photos: Rings with matching ring boxes in wedding colors, shoes (cleaned), veil, bridal accessories such as a purse or clutch, jewelry, sentimental family items, perfume, invitation suite, other items that may be included in your decor such as textured fabrics or ribbons.

This requires a first look

Please include if your ceremony will have any special elements I would need to know about

If you would like this captured; our coverage time must ebe scheduled at least 20 minutes AFTER the exit is scheduled. For example, if your sparkler exit is scheduled for 8pm, our coverage time must be scheduled 12:30-8:30

If you do not have this ready - send it in a separate email!
