Wedding Day Photography Questionnaire

Please take your time filling out your questionnaire with as much detail as possible

Important timeline information

Please read the following information before continuing onto the questionnaire

  • The sunset is the most important element of your timeline. Making sure that there is enough daylight (at least 1.5 hours) after the ceremony ends is key
  • Coverage begins about 4 hours before the start of the ceremony depending on a few individual factors (including if you are choosing to have a first look or not)
  • Please limit your immediate family photos to 12 combinations or less. We typically have 25-30 minutes for these photos and it takes significant time to gather and organize.
  • FIRE EXITS/SPARKLER EXITS. Due to insurance policies, our coverage is limited if involving fire (this includes handheld sparklers, cold sparks, fireworks, ect). We are required to remain a minimum of 12 feet from these events, and in return the coverage may be limited
  • Final exits - If having a final exit is a priority of yours it is important to factor in the following timeline requirements. Photographer coverage ends 20 minutes after the sparkler exit is scheduled. For example, if your sparkler exit is scheduled for 10:00pm, your photographer coverage would be scheduled for 1:20-10:20pm.

Add on Services

Now will be your last opportunity to add on additional services to your collection. Please indicate in your questionnaire below if you would like to add on any of the following services to your existing wedding collection!

Film (Add on service) $500

  • All film is shot on 35mm
  • Film is taken and once developed will be added to your final gallery as high resolution digital scans
  • 2-3 rolls. of film (approx. 50-60 images)
  • See examples of film below

Rehearsal dinner (Add on service) $1,250

This includes 1 hour of rehearsal dinner coverage the night before your wedding. Having the night before captured is the best way to get more candid photos with all of your guests and family members that you wouldn't have the time for on the wedding day. It's also the perfect opportunity to dress you and get some editorial portraits of you as a couple the last night before getting married.

Content creation (add on service) $1,000

This includes 8 hours of content creation by an associate photographer - all raw photos and videos shot on iPhone. Footage is delivered via a google link within 48 hours after wedding day all unedited. This is the perfect option for couples who would like to relive the entire wedding day quickly and share with friends and family without having to wait for their galleries.

A first look is when the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony begins, and complete their portraits.

This is strongly reccomended

It is recommended that ceremonies start at least 2 hours before the sunset. This allows us enough light for portraits afterwords

All portraits (bride & groom, family) need to be taken before sunset.

I reccomend the following items for detail photos: Rings with matching ring boxes in wedding colors, shoes (cleaned), veil, bridal accessories such as a purse or clutch, jewelry, sentimental family items, perfume, invitation suite, other items that may be included in your decor such as textured fabrics or ribbons.

This requires a first look

Please include if your ceremony will have any special elements I would need to know about

If you would like this captured; our coverage time must ebe scheduled at least 20 minutes AFTER the exit is scheduled. For example, if your sparkler exit is scheduled for 8pm, our coverage time must be scheduled 12:30-8:30

If you do not have this ready - send it in a separate email. Limit family photos to 12 individual combinations.
