The process:

I. Inquire & secure your date

Due to limited availability and high demand, peak season wedding dates are often secured 12–14 months in advance. To provide each couple with an exceptional experience, only a select number of celebrations are accepted each year. Once your inquiry is received, you can expect a personalized proposal and full quote within 24 hours.

To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed agreement and a 50% retainer are required. Upon booking, your date is exclusively reserved on our calendar and all other inquiries for that date are respectfully declined. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding celebration.

II. Your engagement session

Before the wedding day arrives, take time to fully savor your engagement. This chapter of your story is the perfect opportunity to document your connection with an engagement session and create a timeless boudoir experience.

III. Custom wedding day photo timeline & shot list

As your wedding day approaches, we work closely with you and your planner to understand every detail of your celebration—from design elements to logistical considerations. Around three months before the wedding, a customized photography timeline is created to complement your vision and allow the day to unfold effortlessly.

IV. Final gallery

The best part of the entire process - receiving your final gallery. Every couple receives a "sneak peek" gallery of 15-20 images within 1 week of their wedding day. Within 8-12 weeks you will receive your final gallery of 600-1000 edited images in high resolution

FAQ

Do you charge for travel?

All collections include travel within the continental United States, allowing you to enjoy a seamless experience without additional travel fees.

Do you have second shooter?

A second photographer is included in every collection. Having two professional perspectives allows your wedding day to be documented with greater depth, intention, and artistry, ensuring no meaningful moment goes unnoticed.

Are you available for phone calls?

Absolutely. Developing a personal connection with my couples is a cornerstone of my approach. The trust and familiarity we build before the wedding day naturally translate into photographs that feel effortless, authentic, and deeply personal.

I am always available for a phone call and welcome the opportunity to connect throughout the planning process

What is your method of photography?

On your wedding day, my approach is a seamless blend of thoughtful direction and genuine storytelling. Throughout the celebration, I document moments as they naturally unfold, capturing the authentic emotions, quiet exchanges, and meaningful interactions that define your experience.

When it comes to portraits, family photographs, and other significant moments, I provide refined guidance to ensure every image feels effortless, elegant, and timeless. My role extends beyond simply documenting the day—I am intentionally present throughout each stage of the celebration, offering direction when needed while allowing space for meaningful moments to happen organically.

How do we get our date booked?

When you're ready to move forward, I'll send over a personalized proposal that includes your photography collection, contract, and retainer invoice. Once the agreement has been signed and the retainer has been received, your wedding date is officially reserved and exclusively held for you.

Is there a retainer/deposit?

To officially reserve your wedding date, a 50% retainer is due upon signing your agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your celebration. Payments may be made securely online through your personalized client portal, providing a seamless and convenient booking experience from start to finish.

We're not used to being in front of the camera and I'm worried we won't know what to do?

Nearly all of my couples are stepping in front of a professional camera together for the very first time, so there is never any expectation for you to know exactly what to do. My role is to create an experience that feels natural, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Throughout the day, I provide refined guidance and gentle direction—from positioning and movement to thoughtful prompts that encourage genuine connection. This approach allows me to create images that feel effortless and authentic while maintaining the polished, editorial quality my couples are drawn to.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

For couples who would like their story captured from the anticipation of getting ready through the energy of the reception, I typically recommend a minimum of 8 hours of coverage. This allows ample time for meaningful moments such as getting ready, wedding party portraits, couples portraits, the ceremony, and key reception events to be documented with care and artistry.

Every celebration is unique, and I am happy to help determine the ideal amount of coverage based on the vision and flow of your wedding day.

How many photo do will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, but on average you will receive 50-100 images per hour of coverage in your gallery.

Where are you based?

I am based in Florida, and due to the nature of destination weddings I take on a limited number of events per year to accommodate my couples. Nearly all of my weddings are out of state, and I arrive a minimum of two days prior to the events to account for travel

Are you insured?

Absolutely, I carry limited liability insurance up to $2,000,000. Please let me know if your venue needs me to send over my information.

How do you accept payment?

You are able to easily make your payments through your online invoice using a debit or credit card.

How and when do we get our images?

You will receive a digital gallery of 25-30 sneak peak images. Within 8-12 weeks of your wedding date, you will get a full online gallery of all of your edited images. However, this is usually more like 4-6 weeks depending on the season of your wedding.

What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?

If something unforeseen happens and I am unable to make it to your wedding, I have a trusted team of backup associate photographers that will fill in for me.

Have you shot at our venue before? (and does that matter?)

I photograph weddings at a wide variety of venues throughout the year, and many of the celebrations I document take place at locations I am visiting for the first time. Working in a new environment is a natural part of being a wedding photographer and does not impact my ability to create beautiful, intentional imagery.

In fact, I often find that photographing a venue with fresh eyes inspires creativity and allows me to approach each wedding in a way that feels unique to the couple and their celebration. Rather than relying on the same locations or compositions, I thoughtfully explore each space to discover the most flattering light, meaningful backdrops, and distinctive details that will bring your story to life.
