The process:

I. Inquire & secure your date

Weddings that fall during our "peak season" season should be booked least 12-14 months in advance. After inquiring you can expect a full quote within 24 hours. To get your date officially booked you will receive a contract and invoice. A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking, and your remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your wedding date.

II. SET UP & CONCEPTUALIZE YOUR PRE WEDDING PHOTOS

Enjoying your engagement is the most precious part of preparing to for the wedding. This is the time to set up an engagement session and boudoir session.

III. Custom wedding day photo timeline & shot list

3 months out from your wedding, we will gather enough information from you or your planner on the design elements and logistics of the big day. Every couple receives a photography timeline that is tailored to fit the needs of the couple.

IV. Final gallery

The best part of the entire process - receiving your final gallery. Every couple receives a "sneak peek" gallery of 15-20 images within 1 week of their wedding day. Within 8-12 weeks you will receive your final gallery of 600-1000 edited images in high resolution

FAQ

Do you charge for travel?

All collections above include travel - there are no additional costs for weddings in the US (excluding Hawaii)

Do you have second shooter?

Yes, a second shooter is included in all of my collections. In order to capture the entire wedding day as a cohesive and detailed event, two perspectives is very important to me.

Are you available for phone calls?

Absolutely, I get to know every single one of my couples very well before the wedding day. Being familiar with each other is all part of the process of getting genuine and authentic photos. I am always available for phone-calls or a facetime.

What is your method of photography?

On the wedding day, my approach is a thoughtful balance of refined direction and genuine, unscripted moments. Throughout much of the celebration, I take a documentary approach—allowing events to unfold naturally while capturing the authentic emotions and meaningful interactions that make your day uniquely yours. For portraits, family photographs, and other key moments, I provide confident guidance and direction to ensure every image feels polished, effortless, and timeless. I am highly intentional in the way I photograph a wedding day, seamlessly leading each portion of the experience while keeping everything flowing according to the vision and priorities we've discussed together beforehand.

How do we get our date booked?

When you're ready to make things official, I'll send over a personalized proposal containing your contract and retainer invoice. Once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, your date is formally reserved, and I'll be honored to begin guiding you through the experience from start to finish.

Is there a retainer/deposit?

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking when you sign your contract. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. This can be paid online through your invoice using a credit/debit card.

Do you travel? What is the fee?

I travel everywhere for my couples.

We're not used to being in front of the camera and I'm worried we won't know what to do?

Nearly all of my couples are stepping in front of a professional camera together for the very first time! There is absolutely no expectation for you to know what to do. Throughout the day, I provide gentle guidance and direction—from where to stand and where to look to natural prompts that create genuine interaction.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

8-10 hours of coverage is the most commonly booked collection of mine. Most weddings require at least 8 hours of coverage to have adequate time to capture all of the ongoings. For example, if you plan on capture the getting ready process, bridal party, couples portraits, ceremony, and reception, I would recommend 8 hours.

How many photo do will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, but on average you will receive 50-100 images per hour of coverage in your gallery.

Where are you based?

I am based in Florida, and due to the nature of destination weddings I take on a limited number of events per year to accommodate my couples. Nearly all of my weddings are out of state, and I arrive a minimum of two days prior to the events to account for travel

Are you insured?

Absolutely, I carry limited liability insurance up to $2,000,000. Please let me know if your venue needs me to send over my information.

How do you accept payment?

You are able to easily make your payments through your online invoice using a debit or credit card.

How and when do we get our images?

You will receive a digital gallery of 25-30 sneak peak images. Within 8-12 weeks of your wedding date, you will get a full online gallery of all of your edited images. However, this is usually more like 4-6 weeks depending on the season of your wedding.

What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?

If something unforeseen happens and I am unable to make it to your wedding, I have a trusted team of backup associate photographers that will fill in for me.

Have you shot at our venue before? (and does that matter?)

I photograph weddings at a wide variety of venues throughout the year, and many of them are locations I am visiting for the first time. As a wedding photographer, working in a new venue is a natural part of the job and does not impact my ability to create beautiful, intentional imagery. In fact, I often enjoy photographing new venues because they inspire fresh creativity and allow me to approach each wedding with a unique perspective. My focus is always on finding the best light, backdrops, and opportunities within a space to create photographs that feel timeless and tailored to your celebration.
